Long story short my parents Lost there house and we moved into my grandmothers living room as a temporary living situation. Since I have moved in my uncle who lives here rent free has assaulted me 3 times. Im talkin 2 black eyes for a week to the point I could not see out of them for days. This is happen on 3 occasions. Last night was the 3rd and this morning hey held me back while is 18 year old son beat me to a pulp.i look like the elephant man blood vessels poped in each eye a bloody nose a cracked jaw and bruised around my neck from the headlock his father put me in while his son whales on me. The only reason I have not called the cops is because this will lead to me living in my car. I will not sit here and get beaten to a pulp 4 times while this loser who doesn't work hassent worked in the 10 years he's been living rent and food free all this time. So basically my question is is enough enough call the cops and just use the last of my money to sleep in a motel for a week. Then be stuck in my car or should I just go to the er report the assault and let my uncle pay the bills. He won't pay for them but they'll be sent to him as I have no health insurance. So


Option a let it slide for the fourth time and continue to live here walking on eggshells untill I get my ass beat again

Or

Option b go to the cops sleep in my car and have them both arrested. Ones 17 the others 54.



To be clear I'm missing a tooth cracked another 2 blood vessels in both eyes a cracked jaw and bruises all over my arms face and neck so badly I can't move my neck or arms and 3 welts on the back of the head as he hit me 3 times while I was looking the other way. That's how this all started basicallly

Atot I know you don't like me very much and thats why I not around anymore I just need some logical advice from some of the most intelligent people I know ( certain member that show support to me from day one you know who u are)

What do I do from here?

Going to the cops will probably just piss them off, and they'll get off, more beatings will ensue.

so option B. play it cool and kill them in their sleep.
Or C. move the fuck out of there.

C is probably better for long term health and liberty.

Why is this a bad thing? It's far better to live in your car than endure beatings right? The man assaulted you, you deserve justice.

I wouldn't think heller would want to talk to police officers, I mean, I assume the reason he hasn't be posting of late is that he's been in prison?
 
sounds like things are kinda lose, lose either way. So that being the case and if i was unable to physically defend myself, i would grab a baseball bat and beat him to a pulp in his sleep....and his 18yr old son too.
See you need to keep beating him back in some way or another till he either becomes scared to do it again, or he is physically handicapped from your beating to do it again.
So don't forget to do a few good whacks to his ankles making sure something breaks.
Also, shame to the rest of your family for doing nothing about it.
 
No I've never be arrested or in prison or jail. I have couple tickets on my record that's it. I'm right outside the police station here's a pic

mods wont confirm or deny it... but some lady posted in PFI asking for her and her family's info to be removed because her son had no permission to post it... and suddenly heller's threads disappeared.

so... anecdotally... yes.

I don't see any evidence that you asked mods, but it had nothing to do with Heller. Was supposedly the wife of a many times banned For Sale/Trade troll. And no Heller threads have disappeared. 🙄
