PS, he might already have a criminal record and not be allowed near schools and park playgrounds. Again, the cops definitely need to be called.

Hmm how about you tape this sick fvuck then call the cops. A video tape of him grabbing his cortch and scaring kids will lock him up in some hospitcal for sure. Plus a few days won't hurt cops love to tease these pedophiles.
 
Hell, I'm sure the feds would love to have a looksee around his house as well for kiddie porn.
