I don't understand how it was my fault when I gave clear instructions on what to do.
It's my fault that I assumed a cashier could listen to instructions? At what point did I do anything wrong?
If you bothered reading the entire thread, you'll notice that there are some people who side with you (myself being one of them).
Secondly, it's your choice if you want to complain or not. Who cares if some people think it's your fault. You don't need them to agree with you in order to call Sbux HQ and complain.
