I currently have an Enermax Chakra which is a good case but the airflow it provides is really really bad so my components heat up pretty quickly like my 7950 which reaches 80c when gaming.
I have 2 fans in it,one intake that came with it and a coolermaster sickleflow exhaust.(Really a small number of fans)

I'm gonna be spending around 50 euros for the case and the rest for case fans and in the end a cpu cooler.
I found this one for 56 euros..is it good? http://www.zalman.com/global/product/Product_Read.php?Idx=423

Depends on what the options are. Can you link to a shop you're buying from?

Zalman cases are OK but there are usually better options. Zalman's design and built quality isn't very refined, they tend to use a lot of plastic, and compensate for that by packing lots of "modern features". Zalman is excellent with CPU heatsinks though, and some of their more expensive cases are also good.

I'd get Corsair 300R 64€, it has pretty much all the important features you could want from a modern mid tower, and it's standard Corsair quality, no corners cut. If you want to spend less though, Cooler Master Elite 370 46€ would work fine as well but it has only one fan, and buying another one would almost bridge the difference.

I was leaning towards the Zalman one cause it already includes 4 fans and it has temperature indicator and a fan controller but i mostly care about the airflow each one provides. Are those 2 better at that part or basically same thing cause i will be basically saving money with those 4 fans.

I wonder how Zalman keeps the price tag so low with four fans, when other manufacturers in this price range typically have two fans? The Zalman case will most likely outperform the ones I posted, but at the same time it has lower quality materials and workmanship. A Corsair 300R is in every way superior apart from the number of fans. It has a better fan slot placement with two slots on the front instead of just one. You could add another 140mm fan on the front and one on the top if you wanted: Antec TwoCool 140mm 10,64€

Typically a single GPU setup doesn't need more than two fans, but I'm surprised that your 7950 is getting so hot. Which model is it? My case has three very low RPM 140mm fans and the GPU only goes up to 75C even though it's overclocked.

It is the Dual-X model and i have it overclocked to 1170/1550 with 1.25v.
I have a pretty bad case to be honest..it's the enermax chakra. Here's a photo of my pc.
13+-+1

EDIT: Will actually consider this one too http://www.e-shop.gr/product?id=PER.806905
Linus reviewed it and it seems good to be honest.

I'm guessing your Chakra is a basic model with no side panel fans?

You should buy This Zalman case.
