should i buy Surface pro from here .. advice ..

You might wait and see if there is a nice Black Friday deal from Microsoft's own store.

Note that the Surface Book (not pro) can't be repaired, serviced or upgraded, the parts are all glued in place. If the Pro is like that now too then a full warranty with accident coverage is much more important than with other laptops and tablets.

My boss broke the power button on his Book and the only thing they could do is exchange it for a new one. They also could not do anything to salvage his data -- for that you have to give up your warranty, rip the thing apart and attempt to extract the hard drive without destroying it.
 
I have the iPad pro 12.9. It's waaaaay faster and prettier looking. If you like mouse then buy pro if not buy iPad pro 12.9. Pro is cheaper though.
 
^ and not an iPad which can't even run Win10 with WINE or boot camp.

if you just want a tablet, iPad is a good choice. If you want Windows then an iPad is not useful at all.
