No. The chance of winning is too low, it's a better bet to take the money and save it and invest it for the future. If you really don't need that money for something else, give it to a reputable and responsible charity. Playing the lottery only makes you more desperate for money, while actually putting it to work is guaranteed good feeling for you.
 
I've got some cash in my pocket, so when I stop to buy a beer to drink on the way home, I'll use the change for some tix.
