you need to narc in this case....what usually happens is the teacher fails both and turns it over to the Honor department for a judgement on whether you stay in the college or not sometimes.

Fact is you know and you probably signed something that stated you'd report academic dishonesty if you noticed it.
 
Ok what kind of a stupid program has you post your code to a website? Do you submit the files in any other way then posting on your website that everyone can see and copy?
 
Dude, bust the biatch before she busts you. That's just gonna make it worse for you. But your proof is that whenever your file is created, it will show that. Obviously it was before hers, so the professor or the TA's would know who did it first. Good luck! 🙂
 
turn her in to the professor. don't forget someone else might figure it out and you could be the one to get in trouble (and that would be unfair)
