Should I be worried?

Its been almost two months since I won my items and Im still waiting for them.. Im in Canada so this customs strike is ridiculous. However what has started to bother me is the seller here has stopped responding my emails for a tracking number or the name and type of service used to send the goods and after reading some of the negative feedback this seems to be indicative of items not being sent, although this is purely speculation on my part. The seller is a power seller with over 17000 feedback so I dont know what to do in terms of should I complain to Paypal or Ebay? What I am worried about is that after I complain, the items will arrive or EBay/Paypal will say the items are enroute and stuck at customs and there is no reason to complain, while in reality, there were no items sent. What should I do?

I am also Canadian. I also ordered something on Ebay and it was shipped October 1st or 2nd or something.

Still haven't got it. It may just be the customs bullsh!t for you as well.

I have never shipped outside of US so I don't know how long customs usually take. But regardless of that, 2 months is way too damn long for you to wait for you item.

I get pissed if the seller hasn't shipped my item within 2 business days. And if I don't receive it w/i a week, I get even more pissed.

btw, what goes on at "customs"? Do they open all packages and inspect them for illegal/dangerous goods?

This is the mail I sent to ebay and paypal:
I paid for these two items 8127972xxx & 8127971xxx over two months ago. I understand that Canada Customs is on strike and there are clearence delays, however the seller has refused to answer my emails after the Sept 19 regarding tracking numbers, customs labels or the name and type of the service that was used to send the items. This seller has over 17000 feedback and this behaviour seems unbecoming. I have waited until now to file a claim in the hope the items were sent but stuck at Customs, however that does not look like the case.
