(with an A in Tha, I have yet to see the person who gets the spelling right in almost 3 years)

I changed it to ThaGrandCow recently.
I hope you all get the spelling right now.

What about just not letting them change it?

I don't understand changing your name. I use chaotic42 for almost everything online.

Hmm, some interesting responses...kind of 50/50 split on whether it's a good idea or not...I still say it's a good idea...maybe do a cross reference data-base? Maybe The Unemployed For The Summer Mod can do something like this, hmm?

Heh, that's pretty good. Not entirely true, though. A "noisy neighbor" is someone that makes lots of noise at any time during the day and night.

I'm more of a NeighborWithinHisRightsToBeNoisyPartTime. 😛 😉
 
Most of the new names suck, I liked the old ones better. Yield, RagingBITCH, Zakath15, GirlFriday, Yucky, baffled2.. i dunno, maybe it's just me, but the original names were just better.

I don't think a member should be able to change his/her username. It's the only thing that we have to go on and we learn to trust a certain members credibility after a while.

I think it would be better to force the people who have changed their names to put:
Former known as: and then their old name.
 
Would not a rose by any other name smell just as sweet. Even when I post under the name HJD1 people still know it's me.

Edit: TheGrandCow, when are you going to learn how to spell your name?

I think that those who post in their sig "formerly known as" are being straight-forward and honest.

I don't feel that changing your sig in order to hide from your past is cool at all.
