With so many illegal wars that the American are in and the innocent killings that is going on daily due to American greed & religious nut jobs, wouldn't it be cheaper & safer for the world populous when they are spotted and could just be kill on the spot?

Yes. The rest of the world should do what it has to do, but we'll still have Predators with tactical nukes and laser beams.

Considering what we do to the rest of the world, I'd say I could understand how many people feel like this.
Of course, with so many illegal aliens here mixed in so thoroughly they'd have to die too.

Until we make a serious change in our attitude and realize how we affect the world, people will continue to hate us with a passion. They are no longer grateful for our contributions of the 50's and 60's. Most people alive today are very distant from world war 2, in fact depending on their education level they may not even know about it or how it went.
We are not earth's heroes anymore, despite what American TV and movies keep saying.

Just in case anyone says something stupid: I am NOT suggesting we move to communism or anything.

I will answer my own question then. No, the world would not be better off without us. There will always be haters.
