Actually, I was just testing out Godwin's law. Looks like it's not so much a law after all. . .more like a theory. . .or maybe a hypothesis. But I just proved it is not a law.

I'll prove one too:

Theory: Ahurtt's thread completely sucks -> proof of law or not

Proof: <read thread>

Verification: I feel like hurting someone

Prognosis: It sucks - Proven

Actually, all you have proven is that you don't actually understand the differences between scientific definitions of laws, theories and hypotheses.

Quirk's exception
Intentional invocation of this so-called "Nazi Clause" [Godwin's Law] is ineffectual.

6. "Hitler!" Ha! The thread is over!

Nope, doesn't work that way. Not only is it wrong to say that a
thread is over when Godwin's Law is invoked anyway (Usenet threads
virtually always outlive their usefulness), but long ago a corollary to
the Law was proposed and accepted by Taki "Quirk" Kogama (quirk@swcp.com):

Quirk's Exception: Intentional invocation of this so-called
"Nazi Clause" is ineffectual.

Sorry, folks. Nice try, though.
