We currently use 2 calendars to sign out cars and rooms in our office. Currently they are shared calendars from our clerical staff. IT has created 2 public calenders so they are not tied to an user. However it has added several steps to open the calendars which has caused some confusion.
Ideally we would create a desktop short cut right to the calenders. IT says we can't do that. Or can we start Outlook up on start up in 3 separate instances, with defaulting to mail, the car calendar and the room calendar.
I am open to ideas, and any suggestions are appreciated.
