shortcut to shutdown?

I have an elderly client who has trouble going through the steps of clicking start, shutdown and then okay. She would like an icon on the desktop she can click to turn off her computer. Any ideas how to do this? To my knowledge there is no shutdown.exe or anything like that. Any help is appreciated
