don't know if this has been posted... but this is simply amazing. The color saturation is perfect, something I wish i can achieve on my 5d mark 2!

I laughed when the OP compared it to the 5D MkII, which is probably the best HD camera out there. The iPhone's HD quality still doesn't feel tops. That's expected though for a lot of the flip style camera. That's what lack of a proper lens gets you.

SD quality is pretty amazing though. Rivals some television cameras I've used.

what? its' not a bad short film, but the 5D2? Come on. I've seen pretty damn good with the 5D2

Stillmotion uses the 7D, 1DIV and 5D2 to do videos and they are purely amazing. You gotta check out the top videographers before comparing.

i think what i mean is that for someone who doesn't know how to color correct, or different ways of editing, the iphone 4 is pretty competitive. I've shot over 100 videos with the 5d mark 2, and my colors doesn't nearly come out that vibrant, no matter what setting i'm on!

Color saturation perfect??? I'm not trying to start another flame thread but it still looks like crap. The lens is still too small to capture color and light well enough. Any camera phone will suffer for this cus of what you have to give up to have it in such a small package.

Yea the HD video recording on my iPhone is awesome, and it is a feature that has come in handy numerous times...especially when my friends are doing something stupid or my niece is doing something cute haha
