shopping for i7 motherboard

In the market for a motherboard for my i7 920 I do alot of gaming, web surfing, and encoding video. I was looking at the eVGA classified but wonder if it's overkill? Are the boards around $200+ able to do just as well with the overclocking?
 
A $200 gigabyte board will do fine, unless you have crazy cooling and want to get over 4.5 Ghz or something with an extreme, then the classified's improve OC ability is very useful. How much are you planning on OCing? What cooling? D0 or C0 stepping?
