I'd say depending on the shooter at a minimum 1 15 round clip, people that have shit aim at 100M will go through at least 3.

Which is consistent with what we know about him from things like saying the state should execute exonerated people.

An under appreciated line in Trump's life is his deep and abiding lust for cruelty. Part of his appeal is that a certain portion of America hears and understands that as something they'd like their government to actually do because they also harbor the same want for cruelty inflicted on people who aren't them.

I think we’d have to define if they are running or not. I think that would changes to accuracy significantly
We also need to define how long the legs are as in an 8 year olds legs are smaller than a cantaloupe carrying adult male
We also need to define are inaccurate shots that hit the chest or head acceptable or are they encouraged.

Edit: @zinfamous when would it be easier to target their legs with a grenade. I’m not an explosives expert.
