So I ordered a Lenovo lappy which was supposed to be here two days ago. Nope. Looked at UPS site. Still scheduled to that date until midnight and then it just changed to the next day and then the next. Of course a signature is required so I'm stuck. Next I have a "in customs waiting for paperwork". Joy. So this AM I called Lenovo who said it would be here tomorrow. Uh huh. Called UPS international shipping- Still waiting for paperwork and I gave up. The UPS agent says that just today customs got the package so NOW I'm waiting to get some idea when it MAY be released.

"Abandon all hope ye who deal with Lenovo and Customs"

If you google them then yeah the reviews look good, but in real life they suck and they don't stand behind their products whatsoever. Lenovo is a garbage company that slaps the Thinkpad brand on their crappy products because they bought it out from IBM when they abandoned consumer products.
 
For first world problems of this caliber, you must suffer the indignities of waiting. I bought an 13" I7 Thinkpad for my wife, and my only complaint is battery life; otherwise, well built, and reliable.
 
Why is shooting the only option? Stab yourself in the thigh with a barbecue fork and see how that works out. Then you can decide your next move from there.
