I've lost 70 lbs. in the past year (265 -> 195) and it's time to try and really get into shape. I'm going to be joining a gym very shortly and will also start going for walks and eventually running.
I have NO CLUE when it comes to shoes. What type of shoe am I looking for? Cross-trainer? Any recommendations?
