It has to be a dress shirt, or something formal. Please advise me on a shirt that absorbs moisure well, without leaving the person feeling sticky and sweaty. Thanks.

I'm somewhat interested in this. I sweat under my arms (armpits) whenever I wear a long-sleeved shirt, so I wear t-shirts as much as possible. (I put on deoderant/anti-persperant, but the underarms of my shirt are always soaked when I don't have any airflow to them)

Pour baking soda on your pits, then place a folded a paper towel over it and keep it in place with medical tape. Bingo.

Just offer to be his bitch for the night. You can't screw around with lame-ass halfway measures where college is concerned. What if the whole terry cloth idea fails miserably?

Actually darker color shirts will show sweat or wetness more easily. Lighter colors tends to hide these better.

I'm pretty sure they make dress-y clothes from teck-wick fabric. You can probably get some from Sierra Trading Post. They wick the sweat away and it dries very fast. Highly recommended.
