im sending 2 small tshirts to someone.. whats the cheapest way to send them via usps?

ive seen people use these white plastic bags..are they from usps? if so, how much are they?

I think its calles priority mail and like 3.95 for up to so much weight. 2 tees should be under that.

They do not have them for priority mail (what you linked is APO/military shipments). I would just do first class/parcel post on a bubble envelope. Flat rate priority envelope will not hold 2 tshirts.

Just take em to the PO, pick a free priority mail box of the appropriate size. It cost a dollar or 2 more but the difference in when it gets there can literally be over a week.
