Shipping ROM chips via U.S. mail to an overseas location...

Is the U.S.P.S. still bombarding all of their mail with radiation to kill anthrax, or whatever practice they took up after 9/11? Any special mailing containers for chips that I can use? Would I be better off shipping them via FedEx or UPS?
 
Make sure the country you are sending the chips to is not on the list of countries blocked from receiving "high tech" or, the Feds be knockin' on your door. 🙂
