Shipping LCD?

Hi everyone, didn't exactly know where to put this; so sorry if wrong area.

I need some input on shipping my used LCD monitor that I don't have the original box for. These things seem pretty fragile, like even stuffing it with packaging peanuts would hurt the panel.

Any input?

Thanks

i cannot give specific advice on how to wrapp it but ill help with what i know. Is not only protecting screen from scratches the most important thing, however you wrapp it make it so nothing applies pressure on the screen you can get a fair amount of dead pixels if you dont consider this, pressure must intead be redirected to the bezel around, if you are the one who is gonna carry it avoid putting it on any place where it would receive considerable heat or cold, maybe one of those bags for protecting freezed food from melting if the display is not to big would make a nice finish once you have it wrapped.

I take mine to a mail boxshop and let the pros wrap and secure the LCD monitor. It costs about $10-15 but its worth it.
