Shift, CTRL and caps keys get STUCK

Randomly those keys get stuck, making it really ANNOYING TO DO ANYTHING especally using my wheel on my mouse because it browses through all these pages. How can I stop it??

Get a new keyboard, they are dirt cheap now.

I mean, they don't get physically stuck, but you can tell they're in use. When I use my scroll wheel, it'll work finely, but then it'll go BACK or FORWARD on me because the shift is just randomly "pushed".

Any chance you have some of the Accessibility options enabled in the OS?
