shielding material?

I want to mod an audigy rack inside an SK41g, with the ports on the front. Is there any kind of material I can use to make an enclosure around the boards to shield them from interference inside the case?

hmm ok I want to shield the audigy card and the rack board, so what can I coat the metal with to make sure it won't short out the boards? also I'd really prefer to use some sort of flexible, clothlike shielding material, so I don't have to be bending metal into little enclosures (very carefully, with little space inside the sk41g). isn't there some kind of flexible material like that?
