i would have to disagree... a little spoiler looks great on the Lexus GS and G35c.

Congrats on the car.

I picked g35. Liked the RWD and it felt more spacious inside. I also didnt like the blue vw type inner console lights.

But I have to say, the TL is a hella nice car.

Baby it till 1200... and then redline that sucker.

BTW... maybe i missed it but did you get the 6 speed or AT?

i hate the new cars with bright headlights. isn't there some kind of regulation for stopping this crap? Nothing against your car particularly, just new luxury cars in general.

hahaha, yeah right. For a 26-28K car, the TSX has no balls. It's barely any faster than an I4 accord.

actually, xenon headlamps are easier on the eyes...people complain because they think it's hurting their eyes more...i say SUV's or vans w/ regular headlamps hurt my eyes way way more than xenon lamps...xenon lamps are easier to look at and they don't hurt my eyes like the others do...

Even worse are lifted trucks/SUVs, and worse than even that are lifted trucks/SUVs with crappy blue bulbs. . .

Yeah! WTF? No more "My lug nuts require more torque than your Honda's engine makes" jokes? :(:p

The no torque honda jokes are dated. Minus say the Civic, the rest of Honda's current production engines are pretty strong. Even the 4 banger accords these days make 150 wheel TQ at ~2.5k rpms.

The TL makes 200+ TQ at the wheels. Dyno here.

"the TL engine absolutely dominates the NSX engine below 6000 rpm" :Q

Nice flat torque curve and stuff. What's interesting in that article is that they say the car suddenly loses a lot of power after ~6k rpms. They say the protoype cars were making too much power so Honda made the ECU kill the power at high revs. :(

Beautiful car!! The only thing and it's a big thing that would keep me from ever owning this car is the fact that it's front wheel drive.

Congrats on the new car...

still lovin my 2000 TL...it has about 49K miles now and I know if I test drive a new one, I won't be able to resist the new car smell...

as far as the spoiler thing goes, it makes the older model look better (which is why I got one)...I can't say that I have seen one of the new ones on the street with one...

Yes, the torquey feel on this thing is pretty incredible. It really does feel completely even. In fact I've been short shifting a lot at about 5K. She just pulls and pulls and pulls. Scary fast really, you don't even realize how fast you're going until you check the speedo.
