I think Cindy Sheehan has good motives regarding bringing the truth of the Bushwhackos' lies and deceit that got us into this mess to light. If that's what she's saying, I'm afraid she's a bit shy on understanding the practical aspects of realistid and practical from this point forward.

At this point, we're on the fuzzy side of Colin Powell's "Pottery Barn Rule" analogy. We already broke it so it's up to us to deal with the mess Bush left in his ugly wake. :(

Great. Now that you have, I will exercise mine to tell you to kiss my ass and FOAD.

Are we all happy, now? :p

Of course. I'm always giddily happy to see your displays of hypocrisy in here. Good job on yet another one.

New York sucks....

Guess Cindys above the law.

Freedom of Speech doesn't need a permit.

Yes it does, freedom of speech does not mean freedom to be heard.
Huh?

Yes, an interesting comment, don't you think?

Another US city turned into a yuppie whitebread sh1thole with cops tosing anyone off the streets who break the whitebread mentality...

All I have to say is this is not the NYC I remember...so boring and...well a feeling of occupation.

I am very dissapointed wherever I travel nowdays...coffeeshops gone, artists driven out wherever I go.

Who knows what the fate of this country is with all the finer aspects opressed from this last generation.

Yeah, damn the cops for doing their job. Oh ,wait -they are just tools of "the man", right?

"total police state" how cute.

err police have no buisness using heavy handed crap on residents and working class folk..

Being an asshole to normal people who pay your wages through taxes with a bigass attitude does make you part of "the man" granted most of this new influx of cops seems to be suburbanites with a attitude not from the city so whatever...

Times change, sooner or later these gung ho dickheads will lose their jobs and get back to beating and being pricks to their own families instead of the residents of NYC who have already put up with too much outside grandstanding and BS.

*sigh* I've missed you Steep, but I can't say I've missed your ignorant and deluded posts. You claim so much to be in touch with "real people," despite the fact that you too simple stay within your little clique and condemn all those you see on the outside. While coffeshops owners and artists are vital members of society, they do not represent its majority and are certainly no more superior or important than the 9-5 white-collar employee, the policemen who protect your ungrateful ass, or the stay-at-home moms who raise their kids and participate in bake sells for charity.

You're simply another close-minded bigot, much like the kind you oft complain about, but you somehow believe youself to be superior simply because you peer out the windows of you little safe-house on the east side of the street, instead of the west.

It's truly a shame that someone who's as well travel as you claim to be chose to wear his safety blinders on all his journeys, just to confirm his own narrow-minded ideals to be correct, and the most prevalent. You bitch and moan about how everyone looks down upon you and "your people," out of fear of the unknown, yet in the same breath accuse people you don't know of all being racists, ignorant, wife-abusing, whitebread pigs. Does your hypocrisy know no bounds, you poor wretched soul?

You mean the NYC with a drug dealer and a hooker on every corner, signs of urban decay and high crime.

Another US city turned into a yuppie whitebread sh1thole with cops tosing anyone off the streets who break the whitebread mentality...
Translation...another US city reclaimed from urban decay and transformed into a desireable place to live.

I am very dissapointed wherever I travel nowdays...coffeeshops gone, artists driven out wherever I go.
Every city I have ever lived in, college students, artists and the likes still congregate at coffee shops...a little coffee shop called Starbucks.

NYC still has a thriving artist community.

The only thing missing from NYC now is the trash that once filled its streets.

Bush Braces As Cindy Sheehan's Other Son Drowns In New Orleans

Wow, that families been involved in every major issue thats cropped up in the past ~20 years! :D

LOL,

"Cindy Sheehan was unavailable for comment, as she was busy trying to contact her lone surviving son Teddy, a meteorologist studying global warming with the International Geophysical Foundation in Antarctica, who is believed to be marooned on a 45-square-mile chunk of the shrinking Ross Ice Shelf that broke off Tuesday morning."

Funny article but in pretty poor taste. That's The Onion for ya.

She made her point, now she just needs to shut up.
Yeah...someone beat her up and stick her in the kitchen.

:cookie: Yes, that's exactly what the OP implied. That because she is a woman, she deserves to be beaten and relegated to nothing more than domestic duties. I can clearly see how you made that obvious leap of logic.
BS rhetoric deserves to be met with the same. I figured you'd have realized that by now.

The OP is clearly a troll.

I wish I could still find the article. But Sheehan was reported as saying she was angry that the victims of the hurricane were taking all of her publicity.

Hmmm....I somehow doubt that. Was the article on Newsmax or something. Here's Cindy did say recently:

http://la.indymedia.org/news/2005/09/135073.php
?The news for the past week has centered on New Orleans ? and rightly so ? but we can?t forget that the war and devastation in Iraq continues even as we face this tragedy here at home. In just the last week, 12 US troops were killed in Iraq, and countless Iraqi civilians. We need to get our Representatives and Senators to take responsibility for this war, and take action to bring an end to it,? Sheehan said.

LOL, Another anti-Sheehan thread. The more the conservatives hate her, the more I begin to like her. You build her into what she has become.

So Bush has been, or will be, responsible for the death of ALL of her children -- ALL of which died/may die a different way, thousands of miles apart from each other.

What is the probability of that?!

Wrong. The biased left-wing liberal media is what builds up idiots like Sheehan. And the minions just follow ranks.

I suppose people with " Cindy Sheehan speaks for ME! " in their sig agree with that - you think?

Hope not! But who would let someone else speak for them anyway?

That isn't all that's short if you think she should be silenced just because you don't agree with her.

Better clean house before you complain that someone else's is messy. Every post I've seen here that is negative to some element of the left you have 50 responses that its a troll post and that the OP should be banned
