I love middle eastern food - my wife's the daughter of a Persian immigrant, and we eat Persian food often. Basmati saffron rice and wonderful stews... mmmmmm.

Yeah man, I used to buy all these flat breads from a bakery in Israel run by an Iranian Jew. Man, I can still smell it. Awesome.
