well, my kitten is now feeling 100% himself after his horrid tragedy

and i would like to thank everyone for their kind words and support and post a picture of his happy, hairless, speckled tummy-box for all to enjoy:

i remember years ago when my cat got neutered and they shaved her.

took a while for the hair to grow back.

Females get spaid dude, males get neutered. It's hard to remove testicals from an animal that doesn't have one...

Glad your kitty is getting better. Hopefully it won't eat weird stuff anymore.
 
The belly hair could grow back differently than before.
Every cat that we have had spade, the area that was shaved look strange, like its part of a differnet cat.
