Sharing Outlook 2003 Calendar

I have outlook 2003 setup on some computers. The DC is Win2k server. I am trying to figure out my options to share calendars and possibly an address book between the computers. What are some good options to check out? Are there any free ways to do this? I don't think 2003 has net folders. Or are there any good programs to share a calendar where each computer could edit information?
 
ideally in order to share the information between the multiple machines you are going to need a server that houses it. with outlook as the client the logical server to house this would be exchange
 
I did a search a couple of months ago for a friend and found this for her. I haven't seen it in action because she lives in another city, but she says it works very well for her office.

What would be the purpose of Exchange Enterprise?

I would think Standard would be fine for $699.

The OP didn't say anything about how many users or anything, I wouldn't immediately think it was that large of an operation to need Enterprise.

Even without Exchange though, you could use Sharepoint Team Services. It's free with Server 2003, which you don't have yet, but I think it also comes with Office 2003, which you do have.

Poke around on your CD and see if you can find Sharepoint, it's got some cool shared calendar stuff.
 
in my office we run Win2K and Exchange 2K to handle 10 employees. For 14 users, Exchange is worthwhile, especially since you already have a network setup and WIN2K.
