Sharing my My Videos folder on a wireless network

I have a desktop and two laptops, all running Vista Home Premium. How can i share my My Videos folder on my desktop to my laptops?

You share the folder like any other Folder on the computer that the folder is.

It is showing up under network but when i click on it, it says not accessible blah blah permission denied
