sharing internet using 2 NIC's

i have configured machine A(server) following details
1st NIC
ip ----- 192.168.0.1
subnet mask --- 255.255.255.0
2nd NIC
ip : 10.0.7.103
subnet mask : 255.255.255.192
as provided by my ISP

i have machine B configured as
ip : 192.168.0.2
subnet mask : 255.255.255.0

machine A and B are connected using crossover cable.both have winXP PRO. i can sucessfully ping and share files in both the machines.i want to share internet in machine B. do i need to bridge both the lan connections on machine A or i can just enable ICS on my internet connection on machine
i tried both but was unsuccesful pls help

Once bridged I don't believe it will let you setup ICS so that's probably not going to work.

I would just try setting up ICS on the NIC that has the 192.168.0.1 address and then point the gateway and DNS of the 2nd machine to that address.
