Sharing internet access.

Hey guys, having a little problem figuring out how to share internet access between 2 computers. Right now computer A is connected to the internet through wifi and I want to share it with computer B. I have the computers hooked on via ethernet cable and I ran the network wizard on both systems. I'm pretty much stuck at being able to share documents/ folders with both computers and the internet. I was wondering if someone could either point me in the direction of a helpful guide or possibly explain to me what I need to do next. Thank you for all your help in advance.

The wifi is coming from my router which is on the other side of the house, it would be a long way to run a cable and the cable company wants to charge me an arm and a leg to come out and install the modem in my office.

Welcome to AnandTech Forum.

Where the WIFI is coming from?

Otherwise, http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Using-ICS-Internet-Connection-Sharing

Thank you for the link, reading the guide it says that there will not be a "sharing" tab if I only have 1 network connection. What do I do in that case?

If you have Wifi and an ethernet card but are only seeing one connection I would check and see if the ethernet is disabled.

If computer A is a laptop in certain configurations the addon software that came with it will power down one card when the other has an active connection to conserve battery.

My other recommendation. Just buy a wifi card for your other computer there are many available for $20. ICS will work but its a more complicated workaround to a simple fix.
