Sharing Folder over Network?? Getting access denied

At word here we have a cerver everyone throws things on which is thier M: drive. Each individual has there own account and log in. Recently a lady died and 2 other people on the network needed her stuff which was saved to the computers C: I right clicked on the folder and added full controll to that folder for the 2 woman but when i go to there computers, I see the folder but double clicking gives me a folder inaccessible, access denied window. Whats up?
