Sharing Contacts and E-Mails in Outlook Express 6

I have a laptop and a desktop computer because I travel a lot with my business. I need to know if there is any way for these two computers to store their contacts and saved e-mails in a way that I may access and edit them from either computer. I've tried looking at different tutorials and it seems to me that none of them cover this topic. Is this something that can be done or am I just dreaming?

I know you can in full blown Outlook, however I haven't seen that feature in Outlook Express.
