Yes, I do that all the time. I like to use pepper jack and sprinkle tabasco on it. Good stuff.

Also, if you have some chicken or something laying around, you can shred it and throw it on the tortilla also.

Honestly I have never convinced anyone else to try this, but it is my favorite snack (invented in dorm cafeteria during days where nothing good was served).

1) Open can of olives
2) Poor into bowl
3) Open salsa
4) Poor salsa on olives - about half of the olive volume
5) Open sour cream
6) Spoon 2-3 spoonfuls into bowl
7) Mix and eat with that spoon.

People think it sounds nasty - but it is the key ingredients in any Mexican dish so people eat it all the time. If you want a variation use it as a chip dip and you are basically eating a taco.

You've never seen tuna salad?

Would she be interested in the real kicker? The olive dish itself is a bit tender with little texture. So at the dorms one day I added the fake bacon bits - just a little bit of them. The added crunch really makes the dish great (assuming you aren't eating it with chips). I leave that out usually since I gross people out already with the first 3 ingredients.

By the way, I am a very picky eater, so this is not anything with an unusual taste.

not with those exact ingredients..

my mom likes to make tuna/mayo/chz noodle .. which is totally different

Sanwich or tv dinner. Corned beef and hash doesn't take too long to heat up.

Or you can get a slice of bread (or english muffin), spaghetti sauce, and cheese and make a mini pizza in the toaster oven.

take soem drained tuna
add some mayo to desired thickness (I like it a bit dry so I dont add much)
add relish
Mix
eat

----

Take a can of peas
Take a box of Mac and chease
mix it up
its good

I like popcorn with garlic salt. Hot air popper + 1/2 cup popcorn + 5 minutes == snack time.

Plus, it's low-fat and ridiculously cheap.
