Here's mine. It's the recipe for my crab sandwiches! They're hella yummy, but not so healthy. So make them and eat them at your own risk! Post your own recipes in this thread for others to see too! :)

Ingredients:

(2) slices of white sandwich bread
(2) TBSP's of butter (softened)
(1) package of imitation crab
(3) TBSP's of mayonaise
(-) garlic salt to taste
(-) ground black pepper to taste

Optional ingredients:

(1) sliced up celery
(1) diced onion
(2) slices of fried crispy bacon

First dice the imitation crab very finely then mix all of the above in a bowl. Season to taste. Butter the tops of both slices of bread. Fry them in a frying pan until crispy. Not burnt but crispy and golden brown. Spread crab mixture evenly on one side.

Enjoy! :)

Guiness Chocolate Cake (Original Irish Recipe)

Ingredients:
 • 175g(6oz) plain flour
 • pinch of baking powder
 • 1tsp baking soda
 • 110g(3.5oz) margarine or butter
 • 250g(8oz) dark brown sugar
 • 2 eggs, well beaten
 • 200mL Guiness
 • 55g(2oz) Cocoa

Method
 1. Line cake tin with baking paper.
 2. Preheat oven to 180dC/350dF.
 3. Sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together three times. Leave to one side.
 4. Cream margarine/butter and sugar, add eggs gradually, beating well after each addition.
 5. Mix together Guiness and cocoa: add gradually to creamed mixture, alternating with sifted flour. The mixture is quite moist.
 6. Pour into fully lined cake tin and bake for approximately 45 minutes, until skewer or cake tester comes out clean.
 7. Cool the cake in the pan for about 5 minutes before cooling completely on a cake rack.

Tip: Pour the measured Guiness into a larger bowl before adding the cocoa. Stirring in the cocoa causes a considerable foam to rise.

Enjoy! :)

I travel for a living so I have a ton of recipes that don't require much in the way of cooking other than a pot or two and usually no extra spices. One of these days I'm going to stick them all in a recipe book but here is one of the better ones:

One Pan Chicken and Potatoe Santa Fe

Dice a couple potatoes and boil them. Boil them t the point when they are still firm but close to being soft. If you over cook them its not a big deal. Just a little mushier.
While that is cooking, dice some chicken breast and brown in a frying pan. If you have access to olive oil, use it but I've been successful with using a little water to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the pan. When the chicken is cooked, drain the potatoes and add to the chicken and allow the potatoes to brown add little. (If its too mushy, they won't brown so again don't worry about it too much).
Add some salsa to the mix until everything is covered when stirring. Add some corn to add to the color. Allow it to warm the whole mixture and serve.

This is simple and really tasty. You can make a full meal out of it by adding chunks of ham or chicken.

2 cans French-cut green beans, drained
1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 can condensed Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey jack, whatever you've got)
1 cup sour cream
1 6 ounce can French-fried onions
salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Mix green beans, corn, mushroom soup, half of onions, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, until bubbly. Sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top and bake for about 5 minutes more, until the onions begin to brown.

Nothing like golden waffles in the mornin' (almost everyday for the last 15+ years)

2 cups all-purpose flour (unbleached :))
2 cups milk
2 eggs (separate whites and beat "stiffly") <- hehe, I laughed when I typed that, but those are real instructions from Oster. I just use a hand mixer at high revs these days.
1/3 cup oil (canola, vegetable)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder

Mix everything except the egg whites.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour on the waffle iron and enjoy.

Fried Peanut Butter, Banana and Cranberry sandwich. (A favorite of Elvis Presley)

Lightly toast 2 pieces of wholewheat bread. Spread Peanut Butter on bread, Cranberry jelly, then cut banana half lengthwise and place on bread. Heat up frying pan with a moderate amount of butter and fry sandwich until toast is golden brown. Enjoy!

I know what you're thinking, this is one fuc%@! up sandwich, but I assure you it is the amazing tasting thing when these ingredients are combined and prepared as above. This exact sandwich was a favorite of the King, Elvis Presley. Unfortunately, my bodybuilding diet/routine only allows me to indulge in one of these sandwiches once a week.

Take the eye of a newt, a moonbeam (not this one), a royal lock of hair, poisonous toads, wing from a bat, tail from a rat, drop of morning dew, simmer with a rainbow's end.

This never fails...

Take fresh, sweet strawberries

Inject them with a bit of Grand Marnier

Set them in the fridge.

Meanwhile, melt the best quality chocolate you can fine (whatever you prefer, white, dark, milk, or some of each!) very carefully and then dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate.

Set on wax paper to dry.

I have had people propose to me over this one.... :D
