Shampoo or Soap?

when i'm in the shower, i tend to wash my body with shampoo. hair with shampoo and conditioner.

now, for the people who use soap to wash their bodys, do you wash your pubic area with it? or do you use soap on that area? if you do use soap, would you use soap on your hair?

Have hardly any hair, so just soap for me.

I have Lever 2000 soap. I've found that antibacterial soap > shampoo on your body. Why woudl I not use soap to wash the equipment? Should I be washing it with shampoo, and conditioning my pubic hair!?!?!? :laugh:

Herbal Essense (sp?) shampoo and conditioner for my hair, face wash (for the face, duh) and body wash for the rest, though I don't use the shower-poof on my personal areas, I let the wife wash those with her hands. 🙂

I use shampoo on my head, and soap for my body. Pretty normal. Granted, it's getting harder and harder to find non-antibacterial soap...

isn't shampoo for hair though? you have hair all over your body. it's not fair that they would make you buy 2 different products that should do the same thing.

It'll clean just as good - in fact, antibacterial soap will clean better.

I care about my health and the public health, so I don't use antibacterial soap if I can avoid it.
