They should have a recall election. What Walker is doing will set Wisconsin back a half a century for worker's rights.

I guess Wisconsin will join Arizona, Utah, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and West Virginia then? Any protests planned for those states which ALREADY have been set back 50 years? What about protesting the vast majority of Federal workers who also don't have these rights? 100's of thousands of workers in the Federal Government? Surely that would be more important than WI state workers?

You and your ilk have been crying and whining about this ever since the Senate filibuster last year. Libs were calling for an end to filibustering. You guys are such hypocrits it's not even funny anymore.

Bet he didn't complain when the dems filibustered bu bu bu booooosh's court nominees.

Forget all the posturing by politicians taking money from corporations and special interest groups. I want to see us elect a porn star like Italy did. Someone actually worth watching and who has something worth listening to.

They were chanting shame as the republicans held the vote open for only a few seconds, preventing the majority of the democrats from voting. The shame was in response to that.

While I don't disagree that they should have been allowed to vote, I don't think it would have changed the result since Republicans have the majority in the Assembly and thus the outcome was pre-ordained once the voting was opened. Would it really have mattered if a few more Democrats had gotten to vote and it the measure passed by 51-26 rather than 51-17?

Keep track of the MSNBC ED SHOW. Good info on the WI battle.
Reacting to the republicans rant that Obama should not inject himself into the issue, ED reminded how GW Bush got involved in the Terri Schiavo case. Remember her?
GW flew down to take part in that private family matter.
I think the attack on US unions is a bit more worthy of presidential involvement than Terri Schiavo.
TAKE THAT REPUBLICAN nay-sayers...
And thanks to the ED show. Laying out the truth...

All of those states are awful. Why the hell would I want WI to be like them?

The Ed Show is nothing more then a partisan echo chamber. Just about every guest he has on agrees 100% with him. That being said, I like to switch back and fourth to different networks just to see what they have going on. On Hannity the other night though, Frank Luntz had a group panel of people from Wisconsin. The panel was basacially split down the middle on most of the matters discussed. They all didnt walk in lock step with Hannity's point of view. Thats what I personally like to see. Different points of view debated. Not a big fan of Hannity either for the record.

How could anyone defend this "Vote"? Regardless of the most likely outcome, this was a repugnant move.

If they would have waited too long the democrats would have fled the state.

Besides, the Republicans were probably were in fear for their safety with the unstable nature of this Democrat Regime.

Point missed!
#1. GW "DID" fly down to get involved with a family matter he had no business doing.
#2. Republican leaders are stating the WI union matter is no place for Obama involvement.

(#3. if you need it)
ED had 11 of the 14 missing WI senators on his show. How many did Hannity have on his show?

I'd say getting the facts directly from the source, i.e. 11 WI senators, is not exactly third party.
But sense you must get your news from Hannity and or fox, you'd never know the difference anyway...
