Try it at 800x600 @85mhz refresh. I had the same problem with my Sony shaking @75mhz. It stopped shaking when I moved it up to 85. Most any 1 year old monitor can handle 85 no problem.

In response to your request to look at your problem from another thread, I think that your diagnosis of a bad PSU is correct. But you will not be able to fix it by simply putting a new one in it. For the manufactures to keep the costs down they put everything on one board. So to change one out is very lengthly and hard as I described in the other post, from the limited monitor and PSU experience that I have I would gather that the Controller chip or a Capasitor is going bad throwing out lower voltage possible due to heat. Get a desk fan and point it at the back of the monitor, to see if that helps, Later
