Off topic: Somebody traded in an awesome looking copy of Ico at my Gamestop the other day, but I didn't have the priviledge of working at the time. Another guy already claimed it to buy, but I'm going to try and talk him out of it.

On topic: I plan on playing this one whenever I get a PS3 some day. Looking forward to it.

Have had my copy for about 3 months or so. It's still sealed, sitting next to my PS3. I just don't have the time to play it though. I still have DQVIII sealed too.

Excellent game. If you like it, definitely get ICO (I actually like ICO more than SoTC).

SotC can be a bit frustrating, the camera and sometimes controls can be a bit awkward, but if you work past that it's a fantastic game. ICO is as well. Downside to ICO is that there isn't much replay value.

SotC is one of those games you could play through several times - if they ever re-released it for the PS3 with an updated graphics engine that would be a system seller.

I was in a toysrus for some other stuff today and saw a copy(s) of this on the shelf for $20 new, what's special about it?

Wait...are you asking why it's $20? As in "What's so special about it if it's only $20?" Greatest Hits, that's all.

If that's not what you were asking, it's hard to explain. The whole game feels so epic and beautiful, yet simple at the same time.

You have no idea how it feels to scale this HUGE monster thing, trying to hold on, trying to stab it in its weak spot. Everything looks good, feels good, sounds good.

Seriously, if anyone thought Zelda had some epic boss fights, wait until you see this sort of boss fight. That's all the game is, really.

It's just good. That's all.

If you mean style of the game, yes. But there is no other correlation, except for the fact they are from the same company.

That's not quite true. If you've seen the end of SotC, it has a definite (but inconsequential) tie in with Ico.

Incorrect, the world and stories are related to each other. However, they each stand alone, as the games only have a minute relation.

I thought the stories had nothing to do with each other, but the games share the same universe. I don't think you need to play ICO first, SoTC is definitely not a sequel to it, they're just set in the same world.

Yeah; that is what I meant. Sorry if I said it confusingly.
