As you can see, there is about 15+% of my back molar missing, it fell off when the temporary crown fell off.

Is this an emergency? I have no pain or bleeding. I had had a root canal on the tooth.

Anyone ever experience this? What happens now, pull the tooth and make an implant?

I wouldn't say it is an emergency. Wait until your dentist is open and give them a call.

Oh and don't eat any Gobstoppers.

It's because you didn't brush that other 1/2 time.
How do you brush that .5... top teeth only... bottom teeth only... front teeth only?

Your pic turned into a blurry mess. Use macro mode on your camera, so that we can feel your pain.

As a person who stayed at a holiday inn express last night, I believe you need to have oral surgery to remove all of your teeth.

not an emergency at all.

do you still have the temp crown? either way... you'll be fine. just call your Dentist Monday morning and tell them what happened.

do you have an appt already made to get the perm crown cemented on?

no, you won't need the tooth pulled and an implant. the original treatment can still be finished as planned. just don't chew on that tooth and try to keep the area clean. if food gets caught in the back portion of the tooth use a water filled syringe or a toothpick to get it out.
