SGRAM and SDRAM

On Outpost.com there are several Visiontek Geforce cards.

The 32Mb GTS says the memory is SGRAM. All the other cards (Ultras, 64Mbs), are SDRAM. This is just a typo, right? All DDR are the same excluding of course their speeds.

SGRAM tends to be just a tad bit faster, about 5% maximum gain. SGRAM is the same as SDRAM, although it supports block reads and block writes, which are commonly used for graphics.
