SGI 1600sw deal last year..

Before all the board police wannabes jump on me, Just curious what that deal was last year. I heard it was 600 or something? Was it just for the monitor or include teh Multilink too? Some quick info is fine thanks in advance.
 
It was $550 for a refurb, $650 for new. Included the Multilink Adapter. My refurb was new. Lookin at it now. They never charged me tax or shipping. That was a sweet deal.
 
Been using a Visiontek Geforce 3 in analog waiting for the NV25 (Geforce 4) so I could go DVI. I has bought this card about a week before the SGI deal came around. Works OK but would like to give DVI a try.
 
I got a refeb'd one last year, $550 + $80 shipping. Good monitor. Only problem is that the multilink box is not 100% DVI standard and I have snowy bands with recent cards like ATI AIW-Radeon 8500DV in digital mode, analog works fine though.

It was perfect with old DVI cards like AIW-Radeon.
