MSDS for SF6 says that it's inert, and doesn't present a health risk besides depriving someone of oxygen - the same as helium might do.
It actually sounds fairly safe.
NFPA Ratings:
Health = 1
Flammability = 0
Reactivity = 0
HMIS Ratings:
Health = 0
Flammability = 0
Reactivity = 0
Sounds quite benign.
