The variants are too broad.
Welsh to Yorkshire, might as well be two different languages. They are as differnt as a Parisian speaking English and Mexican speaking English.

I gotta admit, the Welsh accent is pretty sexy too. Probably the sexiest out of all the British Isles accents. I spent a week in Swansea a few years ago, and I really adored the accents there. Catherine Zeta-Jones sounds okay in her roles when she does an American accent, but I saw a couple of her earlier movies with the Welsh accent and wow, extremely sexy.

I dated a girl that was Korean-Japanese-Chinese-Vietnamese and grew up in England so she had the 'Zeta-Jones' style accent....mmmm.

I have a friend from Louisiana and her Southern drawl is sweet.

I'm lovin the Spanish accent on Penelope Cruz too.

Haven't met any Aussies/Kiwis, but I remember Elle Macpherson had a nice one - and ones! 🙂

Finally, I had to vote for the Russian flavor. Reminded me of a stripper I met once. Hot body and beautiful face, but it was definitely the accent that killed me!
