This female employee and I were moving some stuff around the office, desk, file cabinets,,, stuff like that.

She makes a reference that she is anal and likes things just right.

I took it as she wants anal sex.

I think its a trap, as she is the biggest drama queen working here.

not sure if joke or not...in any event, sexual harassment has to be something more than a stray comment. It's based on a pattern unless its "quid pro quo" harassment (i.e. outright comment that expresses "sleep with me if you want a promotion").
