Yes it does.
If you were imposing an unnecessary burden then it would be an obstacle. If you think wearing a mask in an indoor environment for five or ten minutes while you vote during a pandemic is a burden then you are incapable of rational thought. It could be argued that having to vote in a potentially unsafe environment because people are refusing to wear masks is more of a burden actually.

This isn't rocket science folks

It most certainly doesn't. People have the right to be safe on public grounds. Why would you even think otherwise?
Irrelevant, if you as a voter are concerned about health and safety then there are already the means in place to cast your vote. Don't make casting your vote a safety issue because it's not. We have already lost so many rights in the name of safety it makes me wonder why you would think it's ok to jeopardize one more on the grounds of safety.

Lol think about what you said and then ask yourself why that doesn't apply to the people who claim they have such a health issue that they can't follow state health mandates.

You haven't lost any rights. What a fucking ridiculous claim!

Boo fucking hoo.

Wearing seatbelts, covering your head while on a motorcycle, or following the rules of the road are probably on that list of the tyrannical policies you have been forced to follow. Geezus fucking Christ. It's a mild inconvenience to slap something over your stupid face to walk into a building to do something. The upside of the inconvenience is helping to reduce the spread of an infectious disease.

Producing a photo ID to vote is totally not an issue but wearing a mask is? Wow. I am baffled every fucking day at the inconsistencies that the conservative mind simply can not comprehend.

Talk to states like Texas. They didn't expend mail in voting to those who consider Covid a reason to do so.

Regardless, your argument is terrible, as I pointed out in my previous post.

Wearing a piece of cloth over your face for a few minutes to protect the health of others is not unreasonable or a burden.

It's only a burden to assholes and douchebags completely inconsiderate of those around them. Sounds like you are one of them.

Justification is all it takes and we want to dress it up in the name of public safety. I suppose you fellas were staunch proponents of the Patriot Act as well. Ah hell just make it a public safety issue and we can justify anything we want. Pass a law and put it on the books then when some of the worst humans among us go exercise the right to vote if they don't do it the way you see fit we can lock'em up. Just a hand full of deplorables anyway right?

You are comparing the patriot act to wearing a mask during a pandemic. Holy batshit false equivalency. You people are so far gone you are civically useless.

I suppose I could say having to wear a form of pants to cover my private parts while going to the grocery store could be used to justify excessive Police force, or something.

Lunatics.

Modern US Conservatives hate freedom.

They hate it because your freedom is freedom from their "traditional values", with traditional values of course standing for a hierarchy topped by straight Christian white men.

Every hatred of this country and every libtard stems from that.

Abortion? Women controlling their own bodies...the very BASIS of freedom...no longer controlled by straight Christian white men.

Drugs? Humans controlling their own consciousness...the very BASIS of freedom...no longer controlled by straight Christian white men.

Gay Marriage? Two people entering into a contract with the state for particular rights and tax privileges...no longer controlled by straight Christian white men.

This is why modern US Conservatives fucking HATE this country, and liberals, with a passion.

Because this country is allowing people to set themselves free from bullshit traditional hierarchies that have no value for anyone besides the people at the top of the hierarchy.

It's why all the fucking terrorists are right-wing authoritarians. Proud boys. Boogaloo boys, 3%'ers, Oathkeepers, Bundy Ranch Allstars, and classics like the KKK and Nazis, of course.

They. Fucking. Hate. This. Country.

MAGA is an acronym for Make America Gated Again, and the Gatekeepers are straight Christian white men.

As someone who's had asthma since I was 7, I can tell you that having asthma is absolutely no excuse to not wear a mask.

I even workout in the gym for an hour doing pretty intense workouts, for an hour or so, with a mask on, no problems.

Pretty much 110% guaranteed.

Nice false equivalency. Wearing a mask is being subjected to the Patriot Act...which was put in place by Dubya and Rethuglicans.

Or the alternative...the same old typical FYGM. "I don't care if I infect you and YOU die, *I'M* not wearing a mask and you can't make me!"

I’m cool with someone who refuses to take precautions voting, it is our right to vote.
Maybe setup a separate “no mask” enclosed area for non mask voters or maybe they vote outside in a tent or whatever makes sense.
I do have a major problem with the low energy troll job.
First solid and rational answer here I've seen in quite some time.

Christ, for all anyone knows someone without a mask had COVID 2 weeks ago and has zero risk of transmitting or receiving the virus since they have antibodies. Why is it your job to police them of something that is entirely not enforceable?

You're not going to legally be able to deny someone's right to vote based on this, and it's silly to try.
They should maybe set up non-gender specific bathrooms for people that don't identify with their sex at birth. Seems like a solid and rational solution.

Your freedom doesn't include the right to put other people in harm's way.

But their "asthma" is so much worse than your asthma, their "asthma" involves actual human feces filling their lungs up making it impossible to breathe.
