My WinXP PC has a Dlink wireless g ethernet card in it. I was wondering if I could set it up so that other wireless things like my laptop could connect to it so that I could run files off of it.
Sure - just enable file sharing and share a folder on your drive. The other PCs will be able to access the share via \\computername\sharename or through My Network Places.
My PCs wireless card is still connected to my wireless router on the opposite side of the house. So, wont if i tried dl a file off my PC with my laptop won't it still go from: laptop -> wireless router -> PC -> wireless router -> laptop?
