Setting volts sent to fans?

Can this be done in the BIOS?

The case I may be getting can get 4 80mm fans, but the fan controller I'm getting only supports 4 (2 case fans, 1 vga, 1 cpu was my plan)

Well does your motherboard support fan settings through bios or software interface?If so you can do the VGA & CPU & maybe NB(if it's active cooled) fans through the MB and use the controller for your case fans.

I've decided to get new case fans, the zalmans with 2 settings.
