Setting up VS Express for .NET 3.0 (WinFX)

I think I'm being retarded, but I can't get this to work. The default 'LINQ WinFX project' won't build due to missing schemas and references.

Win XP SP2
I've got the production version of .Net 3 runtimes
The February CTP WinFX SDK
And the VS extensions

I can use the Linq extensions fine - but not WinFX.

Is there a simple tutorial for getting this setup?
